What we do
Occasionally you might find us at a market or festival but our focus is on catering. Corporate functions, staff lunches, christmas parties,anniversaries, birthdays, Uni Open Days and Weddings. We do it all and we do it well.

How it works
A minimum spend will be determined based on the distance required for us to travel to your event venue.
Please contact us for a quote.
However, we are on wheels and can travel anywhere required and have done jobs as far as Byron Bay, where we catered for a beautiful wedding overlooking the ocean.
Open or set menu? The choice is yours.
With an open menu, you will decide the items available on the day and your guests can come up to the truck and have whatever they like. This provides greater flexibility for your guests. However, this option is more suitable for events with 150 people or less as it is more time consuming.
The set menu option, would require you to select the items prior to the event & provide us with approximate numbers. This would allow to serve up to 250 guests per hour.
Although these 2 are our most popular packages, we pride ourselves on flexibility and making what you envision come true.

- Our council approved and fully insured truck
- The head chef Trinh & her husband, Aiman, plus any additional staff required to adequately complete the job
- Your choice of menu items & your style of service (window, table, plattered etc.)
- 2 -3 hours of service time
