A True Story
In 2013, Trinh, the head chef, was working at a local Vietnamese bakery in Western Sydney . She was in her last semester of uni and was set to return to Vietnam that year. One sunny afternoon, a young Aussie born Vietnamese boy, Aiman, stumbled into that same bakery and ordered a pork roll.
-It was the best pork roll ever.
He knew that if he didn't seize the opportunity, it would be lost forever. and so began the journey.
Once Aiman & Trinh tied the knot in 2015, they wanted to share the catalyst of their love(banh mi), to the world but wanted more reach than a traditional brick & mortar establishment could provide.
And there laid the groundworks for Trinhy's Food Truck.

The Truck
Based on the Central Coast of Australia, Trinhy's food truck roams around the state sharing our traditional dishes with our fellow compatriots.With our own fresh & waste water tanks, hand wash basins, hot running water and petrol generator, Our truck is completely self sufficient. We hold numerous council approvals to operate which are obtained through rigorous council inspections. Sydney City , Central Coast, Randwick & Cumberland cousins are just a sample of the approvals we currently hold.We also ensure our insurance policies are up to date including full comprehensive on the truck & 20 million public liability coverage.
